Embossing workshop | Thursday 5th December.
Create your own hand embossed festive decorations at our pop up workshop at Square Park Coffee, in Glasgow Southside.
Join Metalsmith Anais Bansal for an informal two hour workshop, where you’ll learn the three main low level hand embossing techniques. Working with specialised embossing tools and using recycled brass sheet, the techniques you learn will allow you to create your own embossed shapes and patterns in the form of festive brass decorations, ready to be hung up at home or gifted to a lucky someone.
All levels, abilities of ages 18+ are welcome, no prior experience necessary.
WHAT YOU’LL GET...
2hr workshop lead by Metalsmith Anais Bansal.
Tools and Materials provided: Brass/copper/Aluminium sheet, embossing tools, metal sheers, a choice of ribbon for your decorations.
Take home up to 3 decorations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW...
6.30-8.30pm, we will start promptly.

Soft drinks, tea & coffee are available to purchase from the cafe, or you can BYOB free of charge.
There is a maximum of 10 people per workshop.
Photographs will be taken during the workshop to be used for publicity, please just let Anais know if you would prefer not to be featured.

- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for workshop bookings, but we understand that things might come up, so we are happy to defer your booking to a future workshop if there is a space available. If you would like to make any changes to your booking we kindly ask for 7 days' notice. Please let us know via info@anaisbansal.com if you need to make a change.
