Each item is handcrafted by Anais in her Glasgow studio, therefore unique; slight variations may occur. Colours and textures may vary slightly from our website and sizes are accurate within reason.

Metal reacts when it is exposed to the air,  therefore each number plate will too, at varying levels, depending on the salt content of the air it is exposed to. The base metal of each plate is copper, which when exposed to the outside air will slowly get hints of verdigris; each plate has been patinated and wax sealed so should prevent this reaction as long as possible. A wax coating top up wouldn’t go a miss every other year to keep this at bay, or simply enjoy the changes the metal takes with time.

All pieces are made to order, please allow up to two weeks for the item to be dispatched after ordering. If you require an item for a special date please get in touch and Anais will do her best to accommodate your needs.

All UK orders will be sent via ‘Royal Mail 24hr tracked’ or 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' where applicable and all orders outside the UK will be sent via 'Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed'. 

Ownership is transferred to the customer upon shipping, therefore we are not responsible or liable for items that are lost or damaged in the post. 

All items purchased will arrive in bespoke Anais Bansal packaging.

Gift cards can only be used to make purchases on www.anaisbansal.com. 

E-Gift cards and Postal Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, they will automatically expire at the end of that period and any remaining balance will be cancelled.  

Gift cards can be used across multiple transactions within the online shop. 

Once purchased, Gift Cards can’t be topped up. A new Gift card will need to be issued for any additional amount required. 

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Anais Bansal reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept a gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
